Girls’ opportunity for advocacy learning (GOAL) is a project being funded by  OXFAM and the project’s overall initiative is to improve female student’s access to a broad range of SRHR services that are gender sensitive in health facilities that are campus based. The GOAL campaign directly reaches out to female students at Hillside Teachers College and UZ. The campaign targets all female students at UZ and Hillside however special focus shall be given to students with disabilities, students living with HIV and pregnant students. As the students exist in the college community, male students will in the long run benefit from the comprehensive SRHR services in campus which will be a result of the female student’s advocacy. The college nurses will also benefit from the initiative as they will have their service provision skills enhanced as they under study effective service provision models

SAYWHAT expects to have a large movement of female students who will mobilise more young women and lead advocates of different challenges they are facing so that they can impact change at their campuses and the community at large. To strengthen the capacity of female students to inform on policies programs and practices that influences the delivery of SRHR services on campus.
