The Students and Youth Working on Reproductive Health Action Team is breaking new grounds by hosting its first-ever staff wellness day on the 28th of August 2019. This article seeks to unpack the benefits of wellness for 21st Century corporates.

Staff wellness makes success more predictable in most organizations that are systematic in investing in the personal and collective wellness of their teams. The ability to function and perform at a consistently high level has a linear correlation with the wellness of team members in any organisation, company or grouping. Using this assertion, staff wellness has multiplier benefits that go beyond traditional methods of motivating staff which has proven to have short term benefits and in most cases unsustainable.
