INVITATION FOR REGISTRATION AS SUPPLIERS OF GOODS

AND SERVICES FOR THE 2020/21 CALENDAR YEAR

SAYWHAT (PVO 34/2017) is inviting current and prospective suppliers of goods and services as detailed

below to participate in the vetting and selection process. Suppliers satisfying the vetting and selection

criteria shall be included on the 2020/21 lists of suppliers to be considered and approved for supplying

goods and services in accordance with SAYWHAT procurement procedures.

Category A

1. Goods and Services

a. Communication, Information Suppliers and Services, Printing, Advertising and Promotional Services.

b. Promotional materials.

c. Hospitality – Hotel accommodation, conferencing, kitchen/culinary equipment, catering.

d. Office Supplies and Services – Computer consumables, ICT hardware, software, licenses, stationery

supplies, internet, mobile phones, telephone handsets, PABX, photocopiers.

e. Rentals/hire Services – Office accommodation, tent, chairs, TV hire, vehicle/taxi hire and lease, Hansard

printing, PA system.

3. Utilities and Subcontracting/Outsourcing

4. Vehicle and Mobile Equipment – Service Repairs, panel beating, tyres, batteries

Mandatory requirements

Interested current and prospective suppliers are expected to meet the following mandatory

requirements:

Letter of introduction which includes the following:

Contact details, i.e physical, postal, email addresses and phone numbers

Qualifications and experience of the management team and other key technical staff

Company Banking details

Product /Service lists: Brochures, company profile (where applicable)

Traceable trade references

Certified Copy of CR14

Certified copy of current Tax Clearance

Vendor number(s)

Submission Procedure:

a) All documents should be bound

b) All submissions are to be in sealed envelopes clearly marked at the top indicating the product/service

applied for

c) Multiple service suppliers / providers should use different envelopes stating category (i.e) applied for
